Carrera 2018 Provisional dates are October 1 - 16, 2018
The central part of Spain is undoubtedly one of the greatest rally areas in the World. So close to us, but yet so forgotten.
We will explore the best areas of the Pyrenees, the rolling countryside of middle Spain and visit the great old towns of Toledo, Ronda and Cordoba.
Finally we will be on our way to take the ferry to Morocco.
Toledo was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986 for its extensive monumental and cultural heritage. It is definitely a must see destination and this event is another once in a lifetime experience.
The middle-ages city of Aigues-Mortes in the South of France is the backdrop for the rally start.
With an overall distance of about 5,000 km (find the final length on our website after the completion of the recce) the daily distances will make sure you arrive in time to explore the wonderful places we pass through.
As always there will be two routes to choose from. The Trial route caters for the more experienced crews while the Challenge route is for those crews who are less interested in results and more interested in sightseeing and their surroundings. That way they can bring home many photographs to show their family and friends.
Who can participate?
All pleasant people with a good sense of humour are welcome on the event. There is no need to have great rally experience as we cater for both the experienced and the less experienced crews.
Sunglasses and a driver’s licence are the only essential ingredients.
As always we have selected the best accommodation available, because of course, the driver and navigator deserve Royal treatment.
A well equipped service crew will follow the rally to endeavour to bring everyone over the finish line. Be warned though, they are not there to check your oil and tyres. Their job is to help stranded cars and hopefully get them going again.
All cars will be equipped with a Rally Safe tracking system (as fitted in all WRC rally cars) to make sure we can always find you.
Television (only when enough entries)
Our camera team will produce a super movie of the event to make sure your children and grandchildren will be able to see where you had those crazy days whilst spending their inheritance.
There is a limited possibility to have your own personal movie, but this has to be ordered in advance from the camera team.
The entry fee
The entry fee covers all overnight accommodation, dinners and lunches (except for rest days).
A route book, door numbers and rally plates will all be sent out to you three weeks before the start of the event. The service and film crews are also included in the fee.
Anything consumed in the hotel bar.
Fuel and spare parts supplied by our service crew.
